How long do I have access to my course?

While most course providers only offer you 30 days to complete your course (with no extension option), our Life and Health Insurance License prep courses provide you with 60 days of access from the date of enrollment (90 days for SIE courses). In addition, you will receive email updates that will give you the opportunity to extend your course for an additional 60 days if you need more time.

Are there any additional costs?

No. The enrollment cost shown is a one-time enrollment fee, with no additional costs or fees.

Do you offer physical study books?

We don't offer physical "books" at this time. All of our courses are online courses. However, each chapter contains printable (pdf) chapter notes if you would like the material in print.

How many attempts do I have to pass the course final exam?

You'll have unlimited attempts to take and pass the final course exam. We also encourage that you use the final exam as practice for your state exam, as it mimics the state insurance exam.

What if I didn't pass my state insurance exam on the first attempt?

We encourage you to study by going through your course again, then contact your state exam provider to schedule a second exam attempt when you feel that you're prepared. You can also contact us and we'll extend your course and we may provide you with supplemental study material.

Do you offer in-person classes?

We currently don't offer in-person classes or live training at this time. All of our courses are 100% online, self-study courses.

Do you offer any additional study material (other than courses)?

Yes, we do. We offer supplemental exam simulators. Our life and health exam simulators offer 100's of practice questions and prepares you to pass your license exam by offering several core exams that are more challenging to pass.

Do you offer courses in other languages?

Yes, we sure do! We offer life & health insurance study courses in Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese, as well as English.

Can I study on my mobile device/phone?

Absolutely! Our platform is mobile device friendly.

Will I receive a completion certificate?

Yes. Once you complete your course (100%), your completion certificate will be located in your account.
